The key is to eat in small quantity or "small meals" meaning, reduced amount of calories which makes it easier and faster for your body to burn.
3. Finally, set realistic goals. Losing those belly bulges doesn't happen overnight. It takes time, determination and discipline. Revolutionary weight loss programs and diet fads, which attract people mainly due to its instant gratification promise, often offer complicated and severe methods. The secret is to set your own rules/ guidelines which you can afford to follow.
