If you think about weight loss, an important aspect is to know what to eat to lose weight and why. We should prefer those on a low glycemic index, those that ensure a gradual and steady release of sugar in the body: rice, Italian pasta in moderation, vegetables of all kinds in the right quantity, the right quantity of fruit, dried fruit of any kind as snacks or to calm hunger attacks.

Protein:

We must not forget the protein to avoid the risk of an undesirable mass reduction.Then eat white meat, red meat in moderation and avoiding the fattest pork meat. Fish of all kinds, preferably fresh, making sure to vary the quality and mode of cooking.

Eggs are fine twice a week, not forgetting the yolk, rich in fat also useful for producing important body hormones. Low-fat yogurt, without adding unnecessary sugars. Preferably semi-skimmed animal or vegetable milk, rice or soy, for those who are lactose intolerant.

Fat:

The inhabitants of the Mediterranean countries include in their diet a good resource that they produce: olive oil. You can use it in good quantities (if used raw) to support a multitude of metabolic functions and right hormones production. Finally, a consumption of large quantities of vegetables of various kinds will increase the sense of satiety.

We must finally make a remark about cooking. All the above is valid and will help you lose weight if you pay attention to cook healthy. Avoid absolutely fried food using non-stick pans and adding the seasoning at the end of cooking or use the grill.
