The Xtreme Fat Loss Diet by Joel Marion has inspired this review
of this latest dieting for weight loss program. This extreme diet is
supposed to last 25 days but those 25 days are not going to be easy.
This is going to be one of the most difficult dieting programs most
people are going to go through. Make no doubt about it, this diet
program is extreme and the title really says it all. It was so extreme I
didn't know if it was going to be worth it for the average population
so I wanted to try the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet and write up a review so the
average Joe's and Jane's out there can make an educated decision.
Even though I entered the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet with a higher level of skepticism then normal I thought I would be as scientific about this diet program as I could. The diet is basically made up of a 5 day cycle of different calorie and macronutrient intakes. The hardest day in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is easily going to be the day that people are going to want to kill themselves by the end of. Not eating anything for a whole day can have its effect on the mind and the body but it's 100% necessary for the effectiveness of the program. I was a little put off by this in the beginning but I knew that if I stuck with it then the results would be totally worth it in the end. On the fasting day you're only allowed to drink water and take some branched chained amino acids so your muscle doesn't deplete from such a low intake of calories, this is going to be super hard.
It starts getting a lot easier after that and if you can handle the fasting day then the protein shake day isn't going to be that big of a problem. You're only allowed to drink a variety of protein shakes the day following the fasting day and even though they recommend you buy their protein shake brand I highly recommend seeking out cheaper alternatives then buying the ones they suggest. After the shake day in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet you're going to be going through a moderate carb intake day and then a protein only depletion day.
Neither one of these last two days are going to be very difficult after the fasting and shake days.
Finally the best day of them all is the cheat day. On the cheat day you can basically eat anything you want throughout the day. The reason behind doing this is because of the hormone leptin that gradually lowers after not eating enough calories. When leptin levels get too low they'll automatically stop the fat loss process, so it is going to be critical to get these levels back up before you do the fasting day again. That makes up my Xtreme Fat Loss Diet review and I'm hoping that you're going to be able to use the information here to make your own decision on whether or not you should give Joel Marion's new program a try.
